Cancellation Policy
Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit and a charge of 50% of the service cost. You will be required to make another deposit before you are able to reschedule.
Arriving late to your appointment more than 15 minutes will require your appointment to be rescheduled. You will be charged of 50% of your service cost for that time and a deposit will need to be paid before your next service can be booked.
A no call/no show will be charged 100% of the service cost and loss of your deposit towards your service. It will require a 50% deposit before your next service. If a second no called /no show happens you will not be rescheduled.
Provided will be a one time cancellation fee waiver for extenuating circumstances. Alternatively, we will offer one appointment upon rescheduling.
